Twisted:

Twisted is about an introverted photographer with dissociative amnesia who is forced to confront the truth of her PTSD following a traumatic photo shoot that causes her to first experience visceral nightmares and a progression into hallucinations that alters her ability to distinguish between reality and fantasy.
